Made to order

Every item in this store is made for your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, with a print defect, or differs from what you ordered, contact us at support@blik-store.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return the item.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing support@blik-store.com. After this window, the order enters production and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
